Chili Without The Beans

It is a chili…tomato base soup…without beans. It is a soup that my family enjoys a great deal. A variety of meats work in this soup, such as turkey, beef, or deer meat. Can also top with shredded cheddar cheese when serving. Garnish with parsley.

Step: 1

In a large pot, brown the meat, and then add the onion and garlic. Cook until the onion is soft.

Step: 2

Pour in the tomatoes and water. Add the potatoes. Cook for 45 minutes.

Step: 3

Add hot sauce, and cook for an additional 10 minutes. Before serving stir in chopped fresh parsley or dried parsley.
