Easy Summer Gazpacho

An easy gazpacho recipe that begins with a jar of Classico® Tomato & Basil Sauce. The fresh taste of the sauce shines through with the addition of fresh cucumber, bell peppers, tomatoes, and basil. Add as much hot sauce as you dare to create the perfect cold soup for hot summer. This recipe is also gluten free.

Step: 1

Combine tomato and basil sauce, water, lemon juice, sugar, hot sauce, and olive oil in a large bowl. Stir in the tomato, red and yellow bell pepper, red onion, and cucumber. Add the basil, salt, and pepper.

Step: 2

Cover and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours to blend flavors.

Step: 3

Stir before serving. Top with fresh chopped parsley.
