Easy Vegetable Beef Soup

This is the easiest vegetable beef soup recipe that I know of, and it tastes wonderful!

In a large pot over medium heat, cook beef until brown; drain.

Step: 2

In a large pot over medium heat, combine cooked beef, water, tomatoes, onion, potatoes, mixed vegetables, bouillon and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer 45 minutes.

The name of “stew” can refer to both a dish and a cooking method. Stewing makes slowly cooking chunks of meat, vegetables or beans in a flavorful water based . It’s same as to braising, but it does have a few piece of differences. The meat is chopped into few of pieces but of being processing menu whole , and the water based material completely covers the contents in a stew as compared to a braise’s halfway all of it .
