Filipino Ground Beef Sinigang

This is a great Filipino recipe. It’s such a shortcut to the normal sinigang recipe, but just as good!

Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir ground beef in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and discard grease.

Bring water to a boil in a large pot. Add ground beef, beans, tomatoes, red onion, and soup base. Reduce heat to medium and boil, stirring occasionally, for 1 hour.
