Meatball Soup

A quick and hearty soup. I use frozen meatballs and cook 3-5 per person in the soup. Garnish with grated Parmesan cheese.

Step: 1

Bring water to a boil in a large saucepan. Add meatballs, tomato sauce, bouillon, oregano, basil, thyme, salt and pepper to taste, celery, carrots, and garlic, and simmer for 30 minutes.

Step: 2

Add macaroni and cook until pasta is done. Top with parmesan cheese to serve.

The word “stew” can process to both a food and a make dishes method. Stewing involves not fast cooking piece of meat, raw fruit or beans in a tastefull liquid . It’s same as to braising, but it does have a few piece of differences. The meat is chopped into smaller pieces but of being processing menu whole , and the liquid all of it covers the contents in a stew as compared to a braise’s halfway full . When meat or raw fruit are cooked using this method, the resulting dish is called stew.

Stew has a reputation for being a rib-sticking meal that warms you up on a cold , winter day. It’s right that ; a bowl of old menu of beef stew can make warming properties , but stew’s comfort factor more than a way beyond protecting you from the cold . It’s all about those soft and chunks of meat and vegetables, swimming in a thick, ultra-rich gravy. The more they come together creates the ultimate comfort food, no matter the weather.
