Simple Tortellini Soup

A recipe from my new sister-in-law. My husband asks for this every time he gets the sniffles. Very simple to make!

INGRIDIENT

Step: 1

Bring chicken broth to a boil in a large pot; cook tortellini in boiling broth until tender, about 6 minutes.

Step: 2

Stir tomatoes, beans, zucchini, red wine vinaigrette, basil, and black pepper into the broth; cook until the zucchini is tender, about 6 minutes more. Top with Parmesan cheese to serve.

The word “stew” can process to both a dish and a make dishes method. Stewing makes not fast cooking chunks of meat, raw fruit or beans in a tastefull water based . It’s similar to braising, but it does have a few notable differences. Stew has a reputation for making a rib-sticking meal that warms you up on a cold , winter day. It’s right that ; a bowl of old menu of beef stew does have warming properties , but stew’s comfort factor more than a way beyond preserving you from the chill . It’s all about those tender chunks of food and vegetables, swimming in a thick, ultra-rich gravy. The more they come together creates the greatest comfort food, no matter the weather.
