Tortellini Soup

A tasty soup that is just right for chasing away those winter chills. Very easy to make and one of my most often requested recipes! Top with Parmesan cheese and serve with hot crusty French bread if desired.

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Combine tortellini and spinach and bring to a boil; reduce heat slightly and boil for 7 minutes. Drain and add to the tomatoes and broth; simmer for 20 minutes. Serve.

The name of “stew” can process to both a dish and a cooking method. Stewing involves slowly cooking chunks of meat, vegetables or beans in a flavorful liquid . It’s same as to braising, but it does have a few notable differences. The meat is chopped into smaller pieces but of being cooked whole , and the liquid all of it covers the contents in a stew as different to a braise’s halfway all of it . When meat or raw fruit are cooked using this method, the resulting dish is called stew.

It’s right that ; a bowl of classic beef stew can make warming featured food , but stew’s comfort factor goes way beyond preserving you from the chill .
